Orders
This section covers the process of creating new samples for client pickups, creating pickup orders, and the process of completing orders.
New Order Page
The New Order page will allow you to select clients for presubmiting samples for pickup or go directly to picking up samples
for a client.
Presubmit Page
The Presubmit page will allow staff and client users to create samples for pickup for a particular client.
Awaiting Pickup Page
The Awaiting Pickup page will allow staff and client users to see samples that were submitted for pickup.
Samples can be removed from the pickup queue on this page.
Pickup Page
The Pickup page allows staff users to see samples that were submitted for
pickup and create a new pickup order for any samples in the pickup queue.
Contract Page
The Contract page will allow the finalizing of invoices for customer orders, including setting sample prices,
finalizing and remmiting the contract invoice to the client, and making payments again the created invoice.
