Major swlims.io Update Released

There is a new version of the swlims.io web portal being released that brings more than just fixes and tweaks, this system expands on the accounting and payment options we have implemented in order to bring online ordering and pickup requests into the swlims.io portal.

Feedback & Support

Since this new version will bring a lot of changes, the possibility of bugs or errors will be higher than usual. In order to help all of our users as efficiently as possible, we have opened up a new ticket tracking system.

• Support: To receive support from our team through the ticket system support@swlims.io
• Features: To request a new feature or change to the site features@swlims.io
• Contact: To contact our development team directly without creating a ticket (for miscellaneous support or questions) admin@swlims.io

When email any of these addresses, please send it from an email address you check regularly to be updated on the status of your ticket and provide us with an informative subject line and as complete of a description of the issue or question as you can provide.

Online Ordering and Sample Submission

The main new feature on the swlims.io is adding online ordering with credit and debit payment options at time of pickup. As a client, you can pre-submit sample information and schedule a pickup from one of our couriers.
